What our customers are saying…

To Home and Hospitality…

We visited India last month and cannot recommend Home and Hospitality highly enough. Everything exceeded our expectations, the accommodation was brilliant and in a chaotic country we had no hitches at all. If you want to see the real India this is the way to do it.   We stayed with Nina Kochhar in Kashmere Gate and she is just the best hostess. Just can’t praise this company enough. Thank you.

To Home and Hospitality…

I just wanted to say a big thank you for all your help & brilliant service in organizing our recent trip to India.
We had a wonderful time, everything went really well & the accommodation & hosts were lovely. I would especially like to mention our driver for the week, Sayem, who was very courteous & helpful.

Thanks again & I look forward to using your terrific service again for our next trip!

Best wishes, Kultar

Dear Kate,
It’s Luca Biason here, I hope all is well at your end.
My wife and I booked a number of B&B’s through your website, as we spent our honeymoon in India between the 17th of Dec 2010 and the 4th of Jan 2011.
Thank you once again for all your help in the organisation of this trip. Your kind help and support have been really much appreciated!! We have spread the word and encouraged people to make good use of your service!
All the very best,

“A fascinating two daysin this idyllic place. Sebastian is an excellent guide. John and Thressi painted wonderful insights into Kerala culture & history. And the food was super. A memorable visit. I hope we will return.”

Mr and Mrs Shekawat’s House…

Our list is easily topped by Col Shekhawat’s family. Indeed, trite as it may sound, they made us feel part of it. In terms of accommodation, this truly was the highlight of our holiday. Beautiful house, welcoming hosts, warm and friendly environment. Whatever we needed, they were ready and happy to help us. Due to the Gujjars uprising during Christmas, it was a Jules Verne experience to get from Agra to Jaipur, with our dates being constantly shifted and moved around according to the last second travel rearrangements. There was never a problem or an issue raised from their end, only the most friendly support.

Priceless. Well done for acquiring this one!

Great accommodation and fantastic food!

Niranker’s Guest House…

Here the place was spotless, and the hosts very friendly and supportive. Mr Raj benefits from a 30-year experience in dealing with all kind of tourists, and this, along with his knowledge and quick “people-assessment” skills, comes across quite quickly. The rooms were tidy, clean and very quiet. Breakfast was abundant and yummy, no effort was spared to make sure we were at ease and happy with the place.

To Home and Hospitality…

Nina was very helpful and I found it easy to get around from her flat once I knew how to use the metro and the tuk tuks. My room was large, bright and clean and my breakfasts, a mixture of Indian and Western food with lots of lovely fresh fruit, were always something to look forward to.

I am glad I found your site!

Nina Kochhar’s home…

Dear Nina
We are now back in London but I wanted to just say a big thank you for your assistance when we visited Delhi. Your guidance with the Metro and the way you organised the airport taxi were very good and the only downside of our trip was that we should have spent longer in Delhi.
Your house is in an ideal location for visitors so I hope you get more people staying. I wish we could have spent longer talking as I enjoyed your company
Best Wishes and again my thanks
Robert Keen

Mr and Mrs Chopra…

We have just returned from our trip to Delhi staying with Mrs Chopra.  We would like to tell you what a marvellous time we had and that Mrs Chopra and her daughter could not be more hospitable hosts.  We could not find fault with our hosts, our accommodation, our food or the area. Our stay was just perfect.  Our very grateful thanks.

Mamta’s House…

The Gupta’s House…

“The Gupta’s house is immaculate and the guest accommodation on the top floor is comfortable, quiet and private. Mrs Gupta’s cooking is splendid and Mr Gupta is a charming and enthusiastic host. A little bit of local knowledge goes a long way in Delhi and the welcome and guidance we received from the Guptas helped make Delhi one of the highlights of our trip. Home and Hospitality provides access to the sort of local knowledge and welcome normally reserved for those lucky enough to have friends or family in India.”

To Home & Hospitality…

A lovely apartment (every bit as good as a quality hotel) but best of all is Sunita and Pradeep’s company. They are incredibly welcoming and I felt privileged to be a guest at a large family meal.

To Home & Hospitality…

“We would like to thank you for the arrangements you made for our stay in India. We really enjoyed staying with Sunita and Pradeep for the 2 nights in delhi. They were very kind and we enjoyed their company. We would be happy to recommend them to future clients. Our trip to India was great if hectic.”

Thanks once again,
Julia and Adrian

Nina Kochhar’s home…

Hello Nina,
I thought you might like to see how the braid you helped me to buy on my flying visit to you in March looked on our curtains.  It was a perfect choice – even better than I thought it would be.  There were only about six inches left after I’d sewn all three sets of curtains.
It has been a long time since I returned home, but I hope it’s not to late to say thank you for the peerless time you gave me so generously.  I loved every minute of your company & the insight you gave me into life in Delhi.  I wouldn’t have found out about markets, the Gymkhana Club or the shops we visited without your help & excellent advice.  Of course, the rest of my time in India was lovely, but not as warm & personal as my short time in Delhi
I hope we shall meet again, & that you enjoy good health & good fortune in the future.
My best wishes & my thanks, Christine Barratt

Mr and Mrs Narain’s homestay…

Thanks for your great hospitality we really enjoyed the stay with you. Hope you are all well. We just got home before the snow stopped all flights to and from Heathrow. School was shut on Monday due to weather and we are expecting more snow.

India was a great experience and we appreciate your kindness.

Best wishes to all,
Julia and Adrian xxx

Mr and Mrs Chopra…

Lovely welcome by the family. Lots of suggestions to see things; helped with taxis etc. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable, with a pleasant balcony and the shower room was a nice size and clean with fresh towels. Good value for money in a capital city.

Mr Gribbin

The Gupta’s House…

“I write in connection with our recent booking through you in Delhi and staying with the Gupta’s at their bed & breakfast. Everything from their warm hospitality, service, cleanliness of rooms, beds etc was perfect. 10/10. Highly recommended for a no hassle stay.”- D.Patel (London)

To Home & Hospitality…

“Spacious villa in busy street but well away from all traffic noise. Charming host in Wilfred De Souza. Friendly obliging staff. Happy welcome and a most sociable drink-in with Wilfred and his wife on our last night. So thanks. Keep up the good work.” Ian Nalder

To Home & Hospitality…

“Bunnee Chopra and her family are the most welcoming hosts anyone could imagine. They made my first visit to India so enjoyable and I would love to stay here again.” JT

I have stayed in all kinds of hotels and guest houses. I have never found this kind of love, care, dedication and warmth from anywhere else. I am at a loss for words to thank you for all the kind care.

Nina Kochhar’s home…

What a pleasure to stay with you, Nina. We had already made friends on the internet! We have so enjoyed your company, your stories and in just two days made a special friend. Thank you.

To Home and Hospitality…

We had a delightful stay in Delhi in the home of Mrs Kochar.
The room was extremely comfortable, the washroom and toilet – beautifully clean with lots of hot water and a great shower. We were charmed and delighted by Mrs Kochhar who quickly became our friend. The apartment is in a very leafy and pleasant part of Delhi, very close to a central metro station. A lovely place to stay.
Best Wishes,
Valerie Armstrong

To Home and Hospitality…

We have stayed with Nina twice and as veterans of B and B’s in many countries this has to be one of the best we have ever had the privilege of staying in.
Nina is charming, informative and will advise you on all the best places to visit. The food is excellent and the roof terrace is a haven. The flat is located in a very quiet estate – a distinct advantage in Delhi and is a short walk from the Metro which is far and away the best way to get around the city.

This is a real home so don’t expect five star luxury – if you want that go to the Imperial.(Go there for tea anyway) If I was reviewing for Trip Advisor I would not hesitate to give Nina five stars (out of five!)

To Home & Hospitality…

Our stay with Colonel and Mrs Shekhawat and their family in Jaipur was very comfortable. They looked after us extremely well and and were very helpful with suggestions / sightseeing and taxis.

Colonel Shekhawat took us round his stud farm and we had interesting conversations with them all about life differences between our two countries.

We wish them many guests!

Mr and Mrs Narain’s homestay…

Dear Sunita,

Well we are back home and in the swing of things again, but missing India already! Thank you so much for looking after us so well, it was lovely to come back to your house before flying home and thank you both for all the food you gave us, it was lovely. I have added some pictures to this email, I hope they come through ok!? We love our Ganesh as well, what a lovely present, we are working out where to put it in our house, but I think it will go into the new kitchen when we finish it! Don’t forget, if you are ever in London, email us and we can meet up for lunch!

Love to you both and thank you again!

To Home & Hospitality…

A fantastic welcome and an especially authentic Indian experience. Jay and Priya are utterly charming, and their home is a wonderful reliquary for traditional Keralan culture. The location is incredibly convenient for exploring Kerala; the rooms are pretty and very well-adapted for the climate; the food delicious; and the company excellent! Two thumbs up!
